I’m allergic to most artificial sweeteners so this is one of the few electrolyte drinks I can do. It’s great pre-hockey or during weight training. My only suggestion is sell black cherry flavor on its own!

It’s the best I’ve found for hydration.  I drink 2 a day and it keeps me hydrated. I recommend them to everyone!!  Especially when you’re older and don’t drink enough fluids!!! It’s very easy to get dehydrated and not know it till it’s to late!!

I generally buy sugar free drip drop, to reduce calories, but I do like the taste of Grape, and it does not seem to be made in zero sugar type.  It is tasty without being overly sweet or off tasting.

I know that's a big claim but entering menopause my taste buds have changed, I'm always hot ,I don't sleep and so many more things. But the water additive drip drop has a great flavor, it cools me down I can take it anywhere and I swear when I do not drink enough of this I sleep poorly when I do consciously drink enough drip drop I sleep like a baby. I love all the flavors! They have just a small amount of sugar mixed in with valuable electrolytes to keep our body keep going each day.
