Did you know that three out of four Americans are dehydrated? There’s probably a good chance that you’re dehydrated right now! Not drinking enough water can have certain side effects, and a common one is the dreaded midday fatigue – we’ve all experienced this at one point or another.
When we’re dehydrated, many of us don’t notice any early warning signs. Not drinking enough water can have some consequences, including: headaches, digestive problems, etc.
