    It does the job!

    It is a much better solution to dehydration than Gatorade. And it doesn’t leave a heavy feeling or aftertaste. However, I recommend the berry flavor over the others and so does my son. Not so fond of the variety pack, but it is a good way to determine your favorite flavors.
