I ordered the new Cherry Drip Drop and it was great. But I gave it a four because my favorite above them all is Berry!. Berry to me gets a 5 star! But saying that don't be afraid to order the Cherry because it is really great. You just might love it better than Berry but for me the 5 goes to Berry and 4 to Cherry. I had been using Pedialyte Cherry packets for my hydration supplements, but decided to give DripDrop a try. Frankly, I was quite disappointed. To begin with I ordered three of the 32 packet supplies. Each one is not a small item, yet all three were crammed into a 12 x 14 padded envelope and shipped. When I received the package one end was torn and only two of the packets survived the trip. To be fair the Customer Service person acted promptly and arranged to ship me the lost item. I appreciated that. With regards to the taste of the cherry flavor powder I found it to be rather bland with a diluted water taste and does not come close to the Pedialyte in taste. Lesson learned.
